Wow your guests with a true Sicilian or Mediterranean feast next time you host with this class! My in-person classes are a great chance to meet and socialise over a glass of wine (included in the class), while exchanging anecdotes about your favourite Italian eating spot or holiday memory! The classes designed to introduce you to some of the most iconic and well known Sicilian dishes, as well as some of the lesser known ones, and create them together. Italian cuisine is all about simple ingredients but pays particular attention to using the best quality produce. We'll focus on easy-to-source, seasonal ingredients and I'll give you some tips on where to find and how to choose them.
